Truly talented heavyweights Rodolfo Vieira (GFTeam) and Leonardo Nogueira (Alliance) will go at it once again tomorrow, in the absolute final of the Rio Open, which kicked off today together with the International Master and Senior championship in the Rio de Janeiro’s Tijuca Tennis Club.
Last year, Rodolfo and Nogueira had a tremendous match in the event. Rodolfo was winning by an ample margin when Nogueira swept and landed mounting the Julio Cesar student. Rodolfo demonstrated solid defense, escaped the mount and even scored two points on the Fabio Gurgel student.
