Cain Velasquez was the big name at UFC 121 this Saturday in California. The American of Mexican descent went all out against the giant Brock Lesnar, earning him the knockout-of-the-night award, as well as the promotion’s heavyweight belt. But there were other great bouts on the occasion, like the fight between Diego Sanchez and Paulo Thiago, Brendan Schaub’s win over Gabriel Napão, another loss for Tito Ortiz, and much more.
