GMAs win big in Vegas

GMA members flocked to Las Vegas, Nevada, this weekend.

They took part in the 1st Las Vegas International, an IBJJF tournament.

And they did very well.

Gustavo Dantas (GD Jiu-Jitsu) won the open class and the featherweight master black belt division.

Luigi Mondelli (Best Way BJJ) conquered the ultraheavyweight master black belt.

Stephen Hall (Pesadelo Jiu-Jitsu) was the winner at the adult black belt ultra-heavyweight.

Flavio Almeida (GB Santa Barbara) and Rafael Lovato Jr (Lovato Jiu-Jitsu) were in the adult heavyweight decision, which Almeida won.

Other than that, many GMA member schools had students participating in the event. Here are the ones that managed to bring a medal home.
