Before they compete at the 2019 Abu Dhabi World Pro Jiu-Jitsu Championship, teammates Paulo Miyao and Thalison Soares put on their gis and headed for the mat assembled at the athletes’ hotel for a friendly — albeit not dull — roll.
With enthralling grip exchanges, quick shifting of positions, and lots of pressure throughout, Paulo and Thalison fought hard for every inch of space, showing why they can always be found at the top of their divisions.
