Jackson Sousa. IBJJF

The English capital welcomed another edition of the London Fall Open this weekend, and Jackson Sousa stood out across both days.

Riding momentum from the ADCC Worlds, where he nabbed a bronze medal despite being added on short notice, the Checkmat representative got three titles total.

In the gi, Sousa beat Nicolas Penzer (PAT Academy Belgium) for the heavyweight gold, and then in the absolute division he closed it out for Checkmat with lightweight Maximiliano Campos.

In the no-gi section, Sousa won the absolute gold as he defeated Charles Negromonte (Zé Radiola).

You can watch Jackson Sousa vs. Charles Negromonte below. Gi and no-gi results, as provided by the IBJJF, can be found after that.
