Graciemag visited a Nova União headquarters, in Rio de Janeiro, and got a interview with the UFC featherweight champion José Aldo. He talks about his idols at his gym, gives his opinion about the evolution of BJJ, gives advice to newcomers to BJJ, explains the importance of donning the gi at least once a week and says the relaxed mood at his gym is the reason for always wanting to train more. At the end of the interview, Aldo still teaches a spider guard sweep.
