Our GMA member in Maryland, Fernando Yamasaki, of Yamasaki Academy, took the witness stand in a murder trial in the county of Loudoun, in the state of Virginia.
Yamasaki was called as a expert witness to help the prosecutors to establish that the defendant David E. Cavalieri had technical expertise to know the consequences of choking his girlfriend on march 29 2009.
With the help of Yamasaki, Cavalieri was charged with first degree murder and the final veredic is expeted to be announced on May 6th.
