The 2013 Worlds Masters & Seniors was an amazing celebration of the gentle this weekend at the Cal State Pyramid, in Long Beach.

Among more than 1,800 athletes, an eleite squad made the podium its natural habitat.

Our GMA members showed the usual display of technique and heart that led to a ton of medals.
