Sign-ups are open for the Abu Dhabi World Pro tryouts to take place January 29 in Las Vegas, and the organization is offering a discount rate to anyone who signs up by January 18. Promoter Event organizer Fernando Paradeda this Monday announced some news regarding the five-star event.

“It will be held in Las Vegas Sports Center, a major arena in the world capital of combat sports,” says the black belt.

Furthermore, there will be a four-hour live broadcast of the tryouts on TV and the entire event will be broadcast on the internet. In all, thirteen champions will earn all-expenses-paid trips to the main event in Abu Dhabi as well as prize money. The qualifiers are worth a total of 80 thousand dollars in prize money.

Also noteworthy is that the winner of the no-gi absolute, a side event exclusive to qualifiers organized by Paradeda (Las Vegas, San Diego, and Gramado), wins a trip to Abu Dhabi. Held alongside the event are the Abu Dhabi Pro Kids and Abu Dhabi Pro Masters and Seniors tournaments.
