summer promoRenzo Gracie is without a doubt one of the most charismatic people in Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.

If today he is seem as the cool and centered guy loved by everybody, it was not always like that.

In this candid interview, Renzo talks about his wild past in Brazil at the times of the rivalry between Luta Livre (Brazilian wrestling) and Jiu-Jitsu.

“I’m sure that those times were responsible for making Jiu-Jitsu what it is today. It was back then that we proved how efficient the art was,” says Renzo during the interview.

in one of the most touching moments of the interview, Renzo talks about his late brother Ryan and cannot hide his feelings: “He was one of the most amazing human beings I ever knew. He was a wild animal and I was able to live besides him without ever being bitten.”
