Pan: sign-ups for the historic tourney are open

The Jiu-Jitsu Pan-American Championship 2010 is coming, and looks likely to overcome the last year’s as the most grandiose gentle art event.

It is at the Pan where the family fights together, since the tournament welcomes competitors of all ages. For this and for the charm of being a championship with 15 years of existence, the whole Jiu-Jitsu community comes running to California – no one wants to be left out of the event where everything happens and where news flows on word of mouth.

This year the Pan goes from April 8 to 11, and in a “new” arena: the championship will be held at the Bren Events Center, within the University of California Irvine. That was where it all began 15 years ago.

Sign-ups are open at a discount rate, so don’t miss it. The deadline for the cheapest rate is March 9, so waste no time,   click here to guarantee your place at the historic Pan 2010.

Another novelty is that the IBJJF now posts its news on twitter. Follow the Federation at http://twitter.com/ibjjf.

If you want more signs that the Pan is the largest storehouse of stars of Jiu-Jitsu, check out the following match, with a certain Hawaiian.
