GMA member Diogo Valença is offering a new class at Gracie Barra Paços dos Arcos, in Portugal.
Starting this September the school will be opening a class for the “miudos” (as the Portuguese like to call their kids).
The class will be available for children from 4 years old and up.
Jiu-Jitsu is a great way for children to exercise and to develop a stronger self-estem.
