In defending the standing guillotine choke, for example, Kron highlights the importance of not letting your opponent posture up, keeping your hand over his shoulder and pushing his hip to keep him off balance.

Now with the straight foot lock, Kron shows how to drop his standing opponent and then finish by applying pressure to the foot just right.
