MMA-fighting bombshell Ronda Rousey now knows the date and location where she’ll be putting her Strikeforce title up for grabs for the first time. The Olympic gold medal-winning judoka will defend her bantamweight title belt against Sarah Kaufman on the coming 18th of August in San Diego, California.

Ronda is undefeated with eight wins in as many fights, and her greatest came last March. On the occasion, the black belt was the challenger and put on a show of grappling mastery on the ground, putting away Miesha Tate with an armbar and cinching the divisional belt in grand style.

Check out the young lady’s agility in the video below, where she teaches a counter-attack for when an opponent is on your back. Take note of how she cracks open the grip to the side of the top hand and applies a spot-on takedown.
