Two-time absolute black belt world champion and GMA member Alexandre Ribeiro sent us some good news over Facebook.
After a scare at Grapplers Quest earlier this month, when he hurt his knee, Xande today announced:
“Results from MRI: Partial tear on the ligament (MCL), but no cartilage damage , Thank you God, no surgery.”
The recovery process should last at least one more month before Xande will be able to get back to training.
Xande also took the opportunity to address his friends and fans:
“Thank you all for the support,” he wrote.
