Last Saturday, Jiu-Jitsu flowed freely at Ryan Gracie Challenge, a tournament in São Paulo, Brazil, where black belts Caio Almeida, his brother Diogo Almeida and Kitner Mendonça, an MMA fighter on Ryan team, took front and center.
In one of the most exciting matches of the tourney, Kitner Mendonça swiftly dispatched Julio Cesar Sardinha with a leglock from half-guard. Check it out!
