In winning the absolute division at the 2012 Brazilian No-Gi Nationals, CheckMat ace Jackson Sousa had to get past the guard of Cicero Costha Academy’s rising star Paulo Miyao in the semifinals.
In the final, Jackson would have to overcome Alliance’s Rodrigo Aquiles. In the following video, check out how absolute and heavyweight champ Jackson put the brakes on Miyao’s guard.
