The kids program at GMA Fargo BJJ in Fargo, ND has made the news with its bully proof program. Black belt instructor Sarah Andersch tells of why and how the program helps the young martial artists in their daily lives. The various ages shown in the video act as proof that self-defense is beneficial at every age and stage of life.
