On April 5 the 2014 Sul-Brasileiro was held in Florianopolis, Brazil. The sometimes light-featherweight, sometimes featherweight Paulo Miyao of Cicero Costha entered the black belt absolute division after accomplishing gold in his featherweight category. He topped the podium with an entertaining performance.
