The week for UFC 184 – Rousey vs. Zingano started this wednesday at the UFC Gym in Torrance.

The four athletes involved in the main event and co-main event of the January 28 card were there to give a showcase of their training routines in the UFC open workouts.

The star of the company, Ronda Rousey, was the last one to step on the octagon surrounded by fans.

She displayed her skills on takedowns, armlocks and boxing.

After the workout, she talked to the press and proved once again that her tongue is as sharp as her hip throws.

“I’m used to this title fights now. We’ve made it less complicated after doing it so many times,” said Rousey about this Saturday’s fight against Cat Zingano.

She also went back to the controversy on how much fighters and ring girls get paid in the UFC. She did an impression of Arianny Celeste, who called her a bully on Instagram. “I’m not a bully, I’m f***** right! She should have said:’ Oh my God, I think that if weren’t for fighters I wouldn’t have a job.'”

Despite Saturday’s opponent being Cat Zingano, Ronda talked more about Invicta FC fighter Chris Cyborg. Asked if she still wants that fight, Rousey got a little angry: “I’m still here, bantamweight champion. she’s the one who has to come here. I suggest she stops taking f****** steroids and make it to 135lb.”
