UFC 110, the organization’s debut in Australia, featured some good fights. There was the surprise revelation George Sotiropoulos, a local athlete who overcame favored-to-win Joe Stevenson with authority. There were two fighters much adored by the fans making their debut, Wanderlei Silva and Mirko Cro Cop. Now Cain Velasquez proved his worth against Rodrigo Minotauro, one of the greatest heavyweights in history.
