The fighters on the card for this Saturday’s UFC 113 event in Canada weighed in before a packed house this Friday. Beasts like Josh Koscheck, Paul Daley, Kimbo Slice and local fighter Patrick Cote drove the crowd wild.
At the center of attention was the heavily-anticipated title rematch between Lyoto Machida and Maurício Shogun, worth the light heavyweight belt.
When asked about the first fight, the result of which he contests, Shogun was met with heavy applause from the Canadian public.
“I was really disappointed (with the judges), but I’m going to do my all to show who the real champion of the division is. You can expect a great showing from me.
Now Lyoto insists he is the legitimate champion.
