Two-time Jiu-Jitsu world champion Flávio “Cachorrinho” Almeida is in Brazil, where he is working on implementing his Gracie Barra Premium Schools system.
Cachorrinho caught up with old friends and remembered the old days, when he worked hard on the mats of the team headquarters, in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. Over there, he led the training session alongside Jefferson Moura and taught some positions.
