This coming Saturday is seminar day at Roger Gracie’s academy in Soho, an upscale neighborhood in London.
The one teaching the seminar is an illustrious visitor who has been training at the academy in recent days, our columbist Alvaro Romano. “I’m in Europe, and Saturday I’m doing a seminar at Roger’s new academy here in England. I was pleased to see the great job the champion’s doing here in London. We made the most of the trip to do a number of ginastica natural session,” Romano recounts.
“I led warm-up in several classes at the academy, showing the students ginastica natural methods and Jiu-Jitsu-specific movments.
