Gracie Barra America is putting together a series of specific classes featuring in-depth analysis of the building blocks of good Jiu-Jitsu.
At the first of these classes, on October 10, the topic was the armbar. On the 17th chokes were on the syllabus. The next lesson will be on the 24th of this month, addressing takedowns.
At the GB choke class, Pan-American Jiu-Jitsu champion Kayron Gracie showed some of his tricks.
