Learn it here and good training!
This is great! I wish it had some verbal instruction for the more tricky moves but wow, thanks so much. Really helpful to a white belt without a regular training partner who wants to train more than 3 times a week. Many many thanks.
These agility exercises are so helpful. I don’t do BJJ, I kick box, but stuck at home during COVID, and wanting to keep up on agility. You have a great variety, and this will be very helpful.
