Two-time absolute world champion and owner of the Strikeforce under-84 kg belt Ronaldo Jacaré has another challenge coming up on January 29. According to MMAWeekly.com, the black belt will defend his middleweight title against Robbie Lawler at the same show Fedor Emelianenko will headline against Antonio “Pezão”, in San Jose, California.
The Brazilian is coming off a unanimous-decision win over Tim Kennedy, and Robbie Lawler is coming off a devastating knockout win in just fifty seconds over Matt Lindland last December 4.
Featured at the same event is a bout between Tim Kennedy and Jason “Mayhem” Miller.
