We provide self-defense instruction in the Art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to men and women of all ages, and to kids 3 years old and up. Participating in our program is a great way to learn a practical and proven system of self-defense, get in top physical condition and develop life changing levels of self-confidence and awareness.
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is the most effective self defense art and sport in the history of the world. It is an art that gives a person of smaller stature the greatest chance to defeat a larger stronger opponent. In addition when taught and practiced as the founder intended, jiu-jitsu is available to a great cross section of society in a safe and healthy environment and is easily the safest of all full resistance martial arts and in many ways the least violent and traumatic. Jiu-Jitsu also offers the practitioner tremendous opportunities for psychological and spiritual growth. We practice an art where persistence and thoughtfulness regularly prevail over natural ability and aggression, in an environment where humility, perseverance, integrity and empathy can flourish.
