Alexandre “Gigi” Paiva’s bags are packed for the Orient for some important commitments to Jiu-Jitsu in the region. On Wednesday, the Alliance professor hops a plane in Rio de Janeiro headed for Japan.

“This weekend there’s the Alliance Cup in Tokyo, and then I’ll teach a seminar at my student Yoshi’s academy,” says Gigi. The tournament will be held at Higashi-itabashi gymnasium.

Then, he travels to South Korea for seminars from the 2nd to the 4th of November, at the local Alliance academy. For contacts regarding seminars in Korea, write Mr. Kang at winter0101@hanmail.net.
