According to MMAWeekly’s Ken Pisha, the opponent two-time world champion Fabricio Werdum will face in his second tenure in the event will be a familiar name, face and gut.
Werdum is tipped to face the formerly pudgy Roy Nelson, who even before he trimmed down his waistline was giving everybody a hard time in the light heavyweight division.
Werdum will face Nelson at UFC 143, on February 4, Superbowl weekend in the US. Check out the provisional card for the event. Then watch Werdum in action at the 1999 Worlds, while still a blue belt.
