Two thousand eighteen world champion Jamil Hill was in South Korea for a no-gi superfight at the Spyder Invitational. Before the event, the American warmed up in a training session featuring his versatile movement.

With elastic position-shifting and atypical movement, the featherweight flows in good-looking, effective transitions that surprise opponents. In the competition, Jamil beat Junyong Cho 11-2 in a match marked by the same type of movement.
