why choose a video of women that are CLEARLY beginners and have no skills?? There are plenty of videos out there of outstanding women jiu jitsu practitioners!!
I think that’s the beauty of the art, a person with no previous knowledge can execute a basic armbar or a basic choke in a couple of minutes, eventhough the art is complex with sweeps, counters and positions; a beginner can enjoy the first class and actually learn to defend themselves from the very first class. I think that was the purpose of the video, to show that any woman of any age, with no previous athletic training can learn to defend herself through jiu jitsu..
