How big is the sacrifice you’re willing to make to succeed in life?

The Jiu-Jitsu gym Costha Cicero in the Ipiranga neighborhood south of São Paulo city brought up a great example of how far your willpower can go.

Cicero Costha runs the social project Projeto Social Lutando pelo Bem, which hosts underprivileged youth and directs them in life through the gentle art.

Such dedication to youth has already yielded good results.

Leandro Lo and the brothers Paulo and João Miyao today are great references in the sport. The last grateful revelation by Cicero Costha was Wellington Luis, who won the WPJJC in Abu Dhabi in purple belt, last weekend.

The routine to keep the good phase is not easy, the athletes sleep on the gym mats and wake up early to start the hard training routine. To see how is their everyday life, watch the video below:
