Flavio Canto calls on one and all for benefit seminar

Now it’s Olympic medalist Flavio Canto’s turn to call on the martial arts community to participate at Wednesday’s benefit seminar at Urca Fort, Rio de Janeiro, to start at 8:30 pm with the doors opening at 7pm.

All one needs to bring to participate is 5 kg of non-perishable food for the victims of the devastating rains in Rio de Janeiro state’s mountain region. Reminder: drinking water and clothes are also very important.
