Today is October 1st, the day Helio Gracie (1913-2009) was born. The late grandmaster, who parted this world early last year, would have turned ninety-seven years old (or ninety-eight according to him, who counted gestation time in the womb).
Every day is a day to remember the professor’s teachings, and to learn from him, especially today.
