At 11:59 p.m. PST tomorrow, Sunday Dec. 15, Caio Terra’s online training will be released. The membership offers you insight into more than just the technique. Understanding the concepts, the philosophy and the language of Jiu-Jitsu is essential according to Caio, a seven-time world championship.
The training follows the motto of “technique conquers all” and thinking a certain way about Jiu-Jitsu is part of that concept. The students at GMA Institute of Martial Arts can attest.
