One day, a brave GRACIEMAG.com crewmember asked Grandmaster Helio Gracie what the most efficient move in Jiu-Jitsu is. Without stopping to think or clear his throat, the late professor replied: the choke. “It’s the most efficient move in Jiu-Jitsu, since there isn’t a tough guy out there who can keep from passing out—everyone goes to sleep,” taught the Gracie.
