The UFC and EA Sports will be launching their new video-game shortly, named UFC The Vision.

They want you to decide who’s gonna be in the cover of the game alongside with Light-heavyweight champion, Jon Jones.

The popularity contest has come down to welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre and Sweden’s Alexander Gustafsson.

All you have to do is go to http://www.ufc.com/covervote and click on your favorite.

Voting period ends Dec. 1.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the list of medical suspensions following UFC 167.

Here they are:

Georges St-Pierre: Suspended until Jan. 1, 2014, and no contact until Dec. 17, 2013.

Johny Hendricks: Suspended until May 17, 2014, with a possible right knee injury unless orthopedic physician clears him to return sooner. Minimum suspension until Dec. 17. 2013, and no contact until Dec. 8, 2013.

Chael Sonnen: Suspended until Jan. 1, 2014, and no contact until Dec. 17, 2013.

Rory MacDonald: Suspended until Dec. 17, 2013, and no contact until Dec. 8, 2013.

Josh Koscheck: Suspended until Jan. 1, 2014, and no contact until Dec. 17, 2013.

Ali Bagautinov: Suspended until May 17, 2014, with a possible left foot injury unless orthopedic physician clears him to return sooner. Minimum suspension until Dec. 17. 2013, and no contact until Dec. 8, 2013.

Evan Dunham: Suspended until Jan. 1, 2014, and no contact until Dec. 17, 2013, because of a left eyebrow laceration.

Rick Story: Suspended until Jan. 1, 2014, and no contact until Dec. 17, 2013, because of a left eyebrow laceration.

Erik Perez: Suspended until Dec. 17, 2013, and no contact until Dec. 8, 2013, because of a laceration on bridge of nose.

Gian Villante: Suspended until May 17, 2014, with possible injuries to both hands unless orthopedic physician clears him to return sooner.

Cody Donovan: Suspended until May 17, 2014, with a possible right hand injury unless orthopedic physician clears him to return sooner after x-ray examination. Minimum suspension until Dec. 17. 2013, and no contact until Dec. 8, 2013.

The Nevada Athletic Commission has released the salaries of each fighter that competed at the UFC 167, last Saturday, in Las Vegas.

As expected, reigning welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre topped the list with earnings of $400,000.

His opponent, Johnny Hendricks, got way less, earning only $50,000.

The post-fight interview for UFC 167 was opened by a very disappointed Dana White.

The UFC boss directed his criticism to the two judges that ruled Georges St. Pierre as the main event winner over Johnny Hendricks.

Questioned if he also thought that Hendricks had won, he answered with another question: “Does anyone here think GSP won that fight?”

He then added: “The Governor of Nevada has to intervene to stop the incompetence before the Commission ruins this sport as they ruined boxing,” said Dana.

Johnny came late to the table, but was clear on how he saw the fight: “I outpunched him, outwrestled him, outdid him in everything! But that was not enough for those two judges. I give George the third and the fifth rounds, but I’m sure won the other three. It’s only a small setback for me. I’ll be back and I’ll be batter and I’ll never let that happen again. If we meet again in the octagon, the fight will not go all the way.”

Later during the press conference, Georges St Pierre showed up with his face covered with bruises contrasting with hendricks clean face.

Asked what he thought of the fight, he said: “I think I won three rounds!”

Georges St. Pierre is still the undisputed welterweight champion of the world.

That’s what two out of three judges thought of his fight with Johnny Hendricks, the main event of UFC 167, this Saturday, in Las Vegas.

Hendricks started out more aggressive and effective and won rounds 1 and 2.

GSP came back on round 3 and round 4 was a close call.

Round 5 seemed to be Hendricks’ but the judges thought otherwise.

In the end, the result was 47-48 Hendricks, 48-47 GSP and 48-47 GSP.

After the fight, the two interviews were statements of how the fight went.

GSP, with the face showing the effects of Hendricks’ punches, said: “It was my toughest fight! I lost the memory of what happened during the fight.”

Hendricks, clean-faced, was upset: “I clearly thought I won this one. He didn’t land anything significant on me and I punished him hard. Anyway, the Lord didn’t want me to get this one, but that belt is mine and I’ll come and get it! The next time, I wont let this happen again!”

Back to GSP, the champion signaled a possible partial retirement: “I have some things to attend in my life so I have to hang my gloves for a while.”

Asked if he was saying goodbye for good, the champion said he would talk about that later.

The pre-fight press conference for UFC 167, this afternoon in Las Vegas, went almost eventless.

All fighters were very polite to each other and were in a very good mood.

Chael Sonnen, who is facing his friend Rashad Evans, had some catch phrases for the crowd, as usual.

“The only thing bigger than this 20th anniversary event is Wanderlei Silva’s forehead,”he said to talk about the importance of this Saturday night, when the UFC will celebrate 20 years of life.

Johnny Hendricks, the welterweight title contender, also displayed a sharp tongue: “I”m his friend, I’ll be a gentleman to him, but when we fight I want to demolish him, I want to kill him, well not in that sense, but I want to beat him in a way he does not want to fight me again,” said Hendricks about how he sees champion Georges St. Pierre and the main event for Saturday.

The champion was much more cautious with his words: “I know he’s a big treat to me. You don’t get to be the number 1 contender for nothing, but I am also in the best shape of my life an I know I’m gonna win this fight.”

Dana White was all smiles with the celebration of the 20th anniversary and spoke about choosing GSP to headline the show: “He’s the PPV king! He represents all we want to put out as a message to the people. He’s a great athlete and a great man!”

Back to Sonnen, for more laughs, he told reporters how he was invited to fight Evans: “Dana sent me a text saying he had a fight for me. I replied saying I would do it as long it was not against Rashad at 205lb. He answered saying it was against Rashad at 205lb. And Rashad was sitting next to me, as we were doing a promo. I just showed him my phone. For the rest of the shooting, I knew he was measuring me.”

UFC 167 takes place this Saturday, November 16, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
