Lisboa, a capital de Portugal, já se prepara para receber mais uma vez o charmoso Campeonato Europeu de Jiu-Jitsu, da IBJJF, entre os dias 24 e 27 de janeiro, no ginásio do Complexo Municipal Esportivo do Casal Vistoso. Veja como participar, aqui.

As inscrições seguem até o dia 16, mas a concorrência já está acirrada, com a presença de astros como Romulo Barral (Gracie Barra), Rodrigo Cavaca (CheckMat), o dinamarquês Alexander Trans (CheckMat), Igor Silva (GFTeam), a fera dos Emirados Faisal Fahad (UAE Team) e Sijira Eubanks (Lloyd Irvin), Polyana Lago (Alliance) e Angélica Galvão (Atos), esposa de André.

Ainda há muita expectativa para os nomes que deixaram para se inscrever neste fim de semana, mas já há alguns campeões mundiais em 2012 confirmados – atletas que vão botar em jogo seu título e sua fama, e que você vai querer ficar de olho.

Sign-ups only end on the 16th; still the competition is already stacked, with the likes of Romulo Barral of Gracie Barra, Rodrigo Cavaca and Alexander Trans of CheckMat, Igor Silva of GFTeam, Faisal Fahad of UAE Team, Sijira Eubanks of Lloyd Irvin, Polyana Lago of Alliance and Angélica Galvão of Atos all in the mix.

Even more big names are expected to join the race at the last minute, but there are already some 2012 world champions confirmed—athletes who will put their titles and fame at stake, and whom you’ll want to keep your eye on.
