<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Repare que o professor Pedro Damasceno estoura a pegada do adversário e coloca a mão na gola dele. Ao apoiar uma das mãos no tatame, o faixa-preta puxa o oponente pela gola e foge o quadril para o outro lado. Pedro conclui a posição com duas variações: no cem-quilos ou nas costas do adversário.</span></p>

<p>Ten-time roosterweight BJJ world champion Bruno Malfacine has a mountain of moves in his arsenal, and today he teaches you one &#8212; a nice sweep using your opponent&#8217;s collar.</p>
<p>In the position, sent in exclusively for the delight of Graciemag readers, the cross grip serves to redirect the opponent&#8217;s weight while Malfacine hip-escapes to the opposite side, with a strong grip on the pants, to come up with the leg under control.</p>
<p>After doing the technical lift, Malfa has two options: to finish on the arm if his opponent exposes himself, or to advance with a long step beyond the waist line and project his hip forward, reaching the mount.</p>
