Despite his current illness and time away from competition, multiple-time world champion Caio Terra is no stranger to the mats. He is still teaching at his GMA academy, Institute of Martial Arts in San Jose, CA. As part of his online training membership program, he is now featuring videos of him rolling at his academy.
