If you’re in the area of Times Square in New York City, head to GMA Vitor Shaolin’s Academy on 8th avenue for dedicated training. A new class on their schedule is the women’s class which is held every Thursday at 7:30 p.m. during the master’s class.

The training for women is dedicated to all belts from white to black, beginner to expert as a way for women to learn with each other. Last week Nova Uniao’s Rico Bastos stopped in to guest teach for the ladies.
