Ever since the first UFC, we’ve been hearing about the classic David versus Goliath fight. But how does that story really go?

In the movie “The Vale of Elah” (2007), big-screen tough guy Tommy Lee Jones tells a bedtime story to get a young friend to go to sleep. What’s more, he reminds us of what we need to do to lose our fear when faced with a threatening opponent.

The advice goes for a challenger to the UFC belt, as it does for any white belts out there who are going to get worked over in the academy today.
