The combinations feature takedowns, self-defense techniques, sweeps, back-takes, chokes, locks, reversals and more. See if you can spot the moves and count just how many are used.

GMA member Adem Redzovic of Team Redzovic in Chicago, IL will be in the Bay for a seminar on Aug. 18.

One of the greatest female Jiu-Jitsu competitors of all times, the black belt Hannette Staack will be heading to San Jose, California, right after the IBJJF World Championship. Staack is a member of our association, the GMA, and the Brazil 021 team leader will be teaching some of her techniques on June 9 at Caio Terra’s academy.

The seminar is exclusively for women and open to female students from any and all academies. “It’s will be a sort of Worlds-hangover class, where participants will get to work on the mistakes they made in competition and learn some simple and effective Jiu-Jitsu, said the seven-time world champion.
