It’s never too late to get in shape! The average age of our students ranges from 5 years to 52 years old! There is no experience required to start training.

If you’ve never had an exercise program in your life this is the place for you! You do not have to be in shape to begin training at our martial arts school- most our students were not in shape when they Joined SELVA BJJ. Our instructors have many years of specific training in physical fitness and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We will develop a program specifically designed to meet your needs.
