GFTeam Jiu-Jitsu black belt and representative of Gordo-Evove in MMA Arthur Gogó made it to his fourth-straight win, the twelfth of his career, which also counts four losses. The fight took place this Wednesday at the Martial Combat event in Singapore, and his opponent was Robert Shotmann.

“I won here and I’m happy. I won by technical knockout in the second round. I had a good fight and thank God I didn’t get hurt,” he tells GRACIEMAG.com.

“The coolest part is that the event’s promoter said I’ll fight again in October. MMA and Jiu-Jitsu are coming along really strong in Singapore. I’d like to thank my master at GFTeam Julio Cesar and Roberto Gordo, Rafael Gordinho and coach Cesário, who all gave me a lot of support,” he says in finishing.

Lutador de Jiu-Jitsu da GFTeam e representante da Gordo-Evolve no MMA, Arthur Gogó chegou à quinta vitória seguida, a 12ª da carreira, que também conta com quatro derrotas. A luta foi nesta quarta-feira, em Cingapura, no evento Martial Combat. O oponente foi Robert Shotmann.

“Ganhei aqui e estou muito feliz. Venci por nocaute técnico, no segundo round. Fiz uma boa luta e, graças a Deus, não me machuquei”, conta ao GRACIEMAG.com.

“O mais legal é que o promotor do evento disse que eu luto novamente em outubro. O MMA e o Jiu-Jitsu estão ficando muito fortes aqui em Cingapura. Queria agradecer muito ao meu mestre na GFTeam, o Júlio Cesar, e ao Roberto Gordo, Rafael Gordinho e o treinador Cesário, que me dão muita força também”, encerra.

With 11 wins and four losses on his MMA record, Arthur Gogó prepares for yet another challenge in Singapore. The Gracie Fusion-Evolve representative and GFTeam Jiu-Jitsu black belt will try for his fifth win in a row against Robert Shotmann at the September 15 Martial Combat show.

“I had a good showing last time, so I’ll be fighting in Singapore again. My opponent does a bit of everything. He’s good on his feet and likes fighting on the ground. He won his last fight at the event in the first round,” Gogó tells GRACIEMAG.com.

“I believe it will be a lively bout, and I’m training a lot of Jiu-Jitsu and boxing. I want to surprise him standing and then go for the takedown,” he says in finishing.
