But 352 individual athletes in the colored belts, from 56 different schools, shone as well, with kudos going to Rafael Fernandes, winning the absolute purple belt division by beating Nick Liaskos. In the black belt superfight, Daniel Tavares (SAS) defeated Kevin Sheridan (Alliance).

Mas 352 atletas das faixas coloridas, vindos de 56 escolas diferentes, também tiveram seu brilho, em especial Rafael Fernandes, campeão do absoluto roxa ao vencer Nick Liaskos. Na superluta entre faixas-pretas, Daniel Tavares (SAS) venceu Kevin Sheridan (Alliance).
