Roberto Cyborg represents Jiu-Jitsu in major festival in France

Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu is in Paris, but not on holiday. He tells it himself, “I’m here for the 25th Bercy Martial Arts Festival, the biggest festival of its kind in the world, which takes place tomorrow. I represent Jiu-Jitsu along with Patrick Bittan, one of the pioneers of art in France.”

Cyborg is impressed by the scale of the business, which involves teachers from more than 25 disciplines: “The event is made for 17 thousand people in the arena, and is live on TV. The last one was attended by more than one million people, to give you an idea. Tomorrow is the event, abd Sunday I teach a seminar at Bittan Academy, with 105 signed up.

Roberto Abreu, o Cyborg, está em Paris, mas não está a passeio. Ele mesmo conta: “Estou aqui para o 25º Festival de Artes Marciais de Bercy, o maior festival do tipo do mundo, que acontece amanhã. Vou representar o Jiu-Jitsu junto com Patrick Bittan, um dos pioneiros da arte na França”.

Cyborg está impressionado com o porte do negócio, que envolve mestres de mais de 25 modalidades: “O evento é feito para 17 mil pessoas na arena, e passa ao vivo na TV. O último foi assistido por mais de um milhão de pessoas, para vocês terem uma ideia. Amanhã é o evento, e domingo dou um seminário na Bittan Academy, já tenho 105 inscritos”.
