Pan Kids de Jiu-Jitsu 2015: Atos vence e comanda a festa da criançada

O Pan Kids 2015, campeonato infantil organizado pela IBJJF, rolou nesse domingo em Long Beach, na Califórnia. O torneio é reservado para a molecada de 4 e 15 anos.

Apesar da pouca idade, os competidores mostraram um Jiu-Jitsu aguerrido e cheio de botes perigosos. Com um arsenal de técnicas de encantar, as crianças arrancaram aplausos dos familiares e do público presente na Pirâmide.

A equipe Atos, comandada por André Galvão e os irmãos Mendes, ficou em primeiro lugar com 379 pontos, seguida da Gracie Barra com 347, e da Checkmat, terceira colocada com 178 pontos.

2015 Pan Kids: Atos JJ claims 3rd title in three years, see the best pictures of the day

Guilherme Mendes, Rafael Mendes and André Galvão counted and recounted every point earned by Atos Jiu-Jitsu, who brought 110 athletes to the 2015 Pan Kids.

Out of this total, 97 competitors came from the Art of Jiu-Jitsu Academy, in Costa Mesa, run by the Mendes.

In the end, the count had a happy ending and the team claimed its 3rd team title since 2013 with 379 points.

Gracie Barra also did an awesome job and scored 347 points to finish second in the overall count.

Checkmat completed the podium with 178 points.

Pan Kids: schedule, brackets released for Sunday of BJJ in Long Beach

The 2015 Pan Kids championship takes place this Sunday, February 15.

Close to a thousand competitors will gather at the Long Beach Walter pyramid.

The IBJJF has released the schedule and the brackets so you can know when and against who you or your friends will be competing.
