With only 10 competitors, his students and of Felipe “Gargamel” Mota (third from the left), the team managed to finish second in the team’s competition of the recent London Open International.

The Jiu-Jitsu professor at City Thong Gym, in Viena, Austria, wrote about the accomplishment: “We won it all! With only 10 guys we came second overall. There were teams with over 100 athletes!”

Orlando himself competed and went home with two medals, out the 20 the team won.

He won the black belt master heavyweight and open class divisions.

Não bastasse a maneira com que Lincon “Bad Boy” Rodrigues (17v, 5d) entra no ringue, o brasileiro agora resolveu fazer três lutas de MMA em dezembro.

Tudo para agradar seus fãs, e seus alunos na academia Orlando Neto Jiu-Jitsu, na Áustria.

“O Lincon é o lutador mais popular aqui da região, e o mais irreverente também”, elogia Neto, faixa-preta residente há anos na Europa. “Da última vez, ele entrou vestido de Mozart e se transformou em Bad Boy. Nesta próxima luta, vamos entrar de peruca rock n’ roll ao som de ‘Sweet Home Alabama'”, conta o professor da fera.

Lincon começa seu concerto amanhã, dia 12 de dezembro, no Lord of the Rings, em Viena, contra o experiente eslovaco Miroslav Scibran, oponente com 37 lutas profissionais segundo informações do evento.

No segundo ato, dia 20, enfrenta o grego/alemão Angelos Zampakikas, campeão até 76kg local, em Nuremberg, na Alemanha.

Depois do Natal, encerra o show contra o experiente checo Jaroslav Poborski, novamente na capital austríaca, em evento televisionado para os países de língua alemã – a luta será uma das preliminares de uma disputa de cinturão da Organização Mundial de Boxe (WBO).

If the way Lincon “Bad Boy” Rodrigues (17w, 5l) enters the ring were not enough, the Brazilian has now decided to do three MMA fights in December.

All to please his fans, and his students at Orlando Neto Jiu-Jitsu, in Austria.

“Lincon is the most popular fighter in the region, and the most irreverent, too,” says Neto, a black belt who has lived years in Europe, in praise. “The last time he walked out dressed as Mozart and transformed into Bad Boy. This next fight we’ll enter to the tune of “Sweet Home Alabama,” says the fighter’s teacher.

Lincon begins his concert tomorrow, December 12, at Lord of the Rings, against seasoned Slovakian Miroslav Scibrran, with 37 professional fights on his record according to the event.

The second act, on the 20^th, pits him against Greek/German Angelos Zampakikas, a local under-76kg champion, in Nuremberg, Germany.

After Christmas, he winds up the show against Czech veteran Jaroslav Poborski, again in the Austrian capital, in an event broadcast to German-speaking nations – the fight will be one of the preliminary bouts leading in to the World Boxing Organization (WBO) title fight.
